As we are a small Bed & Breakfast and do not have a 24 hour desk clerk, if you need a really quick answer to your reservation request we suggest that you CALL us as to availability. Please don't call after 10 PM EST.
Policies
- Check In Policy: Check-in is after 3 P.M. For arrivals later than 9 P.M. please contact us.
- Check Out Policy: Check-out is at 11 A.M.
- Cancellation Policy: Due to our small size (5 rooms), even a single cancellation has a profound impact on our ability to rebook a room, and hence, our ability to keep rates fair and still make a living. Notice of cancellation must be received 21 days prior to date of arrival in order to receive a refund. Cancellations are subject to a $20.00 fee. If cancellation is not received 21 days prior to date of arrival, 100% of the deposit will be forfeited.
- Deposit Policy: A deposit equal to one nights stay or 50% of a longer stay is required. A minimum stay may be required during holidays.
- Children: Well Behaved children are welcome.
- Childcare: No
- Pets Welcome? Service dogs only, i.e. seeing-eye dogs.
- Pets Living At Inn: Yes. Our dog "Sammy" is waiting for you!
